Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. However, if an issue occurs during transit, we are committed to working with you to make it right.
Refunds
Due to the handmade, small-batch, and personal nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo documentation, as outlined in the Damages & Issues section above. Refunds will not be issued without this information.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Because each item is handmade in small batches (and many items are considered personal or hygiene-related), we are unable to accept exchanges for any reason.

Future European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Please note that custom, made-to-order, and hygiene-related items may be exempt from this right under EU regulations.
